navey.app is operated by Navey APP Corp, an independent company based in New York ("Navey", "we"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

What this site is and is not

The site and the HELP Score check-in are wellness information tools. They are not a medical device and they do not diagnose, treat, or replace the care of a licensed clinician. Diagnosis and treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy come from licensed clinicians, including, when available, through Navey's telehealth partner under that partner's own terms. If you cannot keep fluids down, feel faint, or are worried, contact your care team today or seek urgent care.

The HELP Score

The HELP Score is a clinically validated tool created by the HER Foundation and is used with permission. Your score is information for you and your clinician. It is not a diagnosis.

Using the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with it, or attempt to access data that is not yours. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist.

Our content

The Navey name, logo, text, and design are owned by Navey APP Corp. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. Please do not copy pages or the check-in wholesale.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is error-free or always up. To the extent the law allows, Navey APP Corp is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its information.
